Psychotherapy, Consultation and Supervision

Therapy at its best is a collaborative relationship that supports change and personal growth. It encourages exploration of what needs to change and how to make it happen. It can reduce suffering, eliminate unwanted behaviors, and remove barriers to change. And it provides a vehicle for increased self-awareness and an overall sense of wellness.

As a Clinical Psychologist in practice for over 30 years, I have witnessed the powerful behavioral changes, personal growth, and self-awareness that can be achieved through therapy.

Every individual is unique, and I welcome the opportunity to discover each person's potential through the therapeutic process.

Important message regarding psychotherapy services - March 14, 2020.

In light of the county-wide mandated shut-down instituted to halt the spread of COVID19, I am temporarily moving to offering psychotherapy via telehealth through phone or a HIPAA compliant videoconferencing format available at this link. If you are scheduled to see me, please contact me (via phone or email) prior to our session to let me know which format you would like to use, and with any questions regarding privacy, billing and other aspects of telehealth. Thank you for your patience during this complicated time.
